This is the reason that if I were buying a pickup, I would only want a Toyota. Jake Thiewes’ Tundra review says Toyota has a patent on it, but I really hope that’s not true. Our patent system may be broken, but surely “ roll down back window on a pickup” is sufficiently obvious given “roll down window” and “roll down back window on an SUV” that it’s unpatentable.
